This summer, Executive Chef Akira Hayashi and culinary teams are delighted to present “Seiryu Kaiseki Dinner” to help you to beat the summer heat and carefully crafted to fully bring out the
flavors of seasonal ingredients. This dinner-set includes Soy milk tofu with sea urchin and tiger shrimp, Clear soup with eel and seasonal vegetable, 3 kinds of seasonal sashimi, Kamo Aubergine with Dengaku miso, Wagyu beef salad with homemade Shiso sauce, Conger Pike paper hot pot, Simmered dishes: Octopus, Pumpkin and taro potato serve chilled, Steamed rice with simmered Asari clam and Red Miso soup, and Seasonal summer fruits.

Priced at MOP 1,580 and is subject to 10% service charge.
