MGM MACAU Presents Summer Food Fiestas


MGM MACAU’s Imperial Court and Rossio are introducing an impressive selection of authentic Cantonese and barbecue-themed buffet dinners to welcome the arrival of summer.

Cantonese Nostalgia at Imperial Court
Imperial Court is presenting a Cantonese cuisine banquet with a series of more than ten nostalgic dishes this July. Guests can enjoy a gastronomic trip to savor the authentic Guangdong classics. Chef’s special recommendation includes baked clam and crabmeat with egg, minced pork and vintage tangerine peel and steamed fillet of garoupa with vintage tangerine peel, olive and black bean sauce, making with aged Xinhui mandarin peels to elevate the umami of seafood. Other selections including the traditional double boiled whole winter melon soup with crab meat and bamboo piths, braised whole pigeon stuffed Yunnan ham and lotus seed, ginkgo of barley in brown sauce, pan fried crispy water melon pancake with diced shrimp, spring onion and peanut from Chiuchow are some of the dishes that everyone can’t miss. Surf and Turf Summer BBQ Buffet at Rossio
Rossio will offer its summer barbecue-themed dinner buffet on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between July 7 and 30. To tempt both seafood and meat lovers, an array of superb ingredients are specially sourced to fill up the BBQ corner, including Australian Wagyu Beef ribeye skewers, Boston lobster, Frankfurter sausage, Vietnam slipper lobster, as well as over 20 different selections of sauces and seasoning salt. In addition, Rossio also highlights dozens of regional BBQ delicacies, such as Tataki beef sushi with miso glaze, roasted turkey roll with shrimp stuffing lobster sauce, BBQ shrimp salad with bacon mango salsa and romaine lettuce, etc. The Surf and Turf Summer BBQ Buffet is priced at MOP 458* per person.
