Kevin Clayton, the Chief Marketing Officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG), hosted the Tripartite Master Program Seminar in Global Hospitality Business for outstanding students across the globe, a collaboration between the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Lausanne Hotel School and the University of Houston on 20 January 2017. A global and diversified team of 42 students from 19 different countries and regions participated in a three-day-field-trip, visiting Galaxy Macau and Broadway Macau.
"GEG is Asia’s leading integrated resort, entertainment and gaming company. It's gratifying that our 'World Class, Asian Heart' product and service philosophy is recognized as an industry benchmark and therefore we are pleased to engage with international tourism and hospitality students as tomorrow's leaders. It's also rewarding to hear from future leaders as to what they see as emerging trends and how GEG may advance its product and services" Said Mr. Clayton.
With an international, business-centred and highly demanding curriculum, the MSc in Global Hospitality Business is an ambitious programme for future hospitality leaders. The field-trip and seminar provided students with a much valued opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the specificities of global hotel and tourism markets.
