French Beef: A Taste of Terroirs in Hong Kong


INTERBEV, France’s inter-professional association of meat and livestock, has officially launched the 2017 campaign - French Beef, A Taste of Terroirs, in Hong Kong on 22nd May at Conrad Hong Kong.

The grand launching commenced by a speech of Mr Emmanuel Bernard, President of French Meat and Livestock Export Committee of INTERBEV (French Meat and Livestock Federation), followed by a butchering demonstration by Mr Éric Leboeuf, Best Craftsman of France (MOF) in Butchery, together with a cooking demonstration by the campaign ambassador, three-star Michelin Chef Bruno Ménard.
