Aux Beaux Arts launches its new French menu

Aux Beaux Arts serves up chic brasserie-style French cuisine in an environment reminiscent of 1930s Paris. Guests can indulge in a fabulous selection of seafood as well as hearty and classic French dishes – all beautifully reimagined for the international palate of Macau and its visitors.

Starting from September 2017, Aux Beaux Arts launches a new menu that reinterprets the taste of conventional French classics for guests. The new menu also includes a range of “A Partager” (to share) platters, including Seafood Flambé and Assorted Grill, perfect for sharing a delightful meal with friends and family.

In addition to the sharing dishes, Aux Beaux Arts offers a three-course “Le Diner” menu at the price of MOP 350 (with additional 10% service charge) per person. Guests will be able to select one appetizer, a main dish and a dessert from the a-la-carte menu.

Aux Beaux Arts also boasts a world-class collection of wines from around the world. In 2016, Wine Spectator magazine awarded the restaurant the highest recognition in its Restaurant Wine List category for the second consecutive year. Aux Beaux Arts’ wine list is one of only 88 establishments in the world to have received the coveted ‘Three Glass’ Grand Award.

Visitors can step into the acclaimed Wine Cellar which houses a collection of more than 10,000 wines. The cellar can also be reserved for private parties and events, hosting up to 12 people.

Next to Aux Beaux Arts is the ABA Bar, a parlor-style lounge where guests can enjoy a crafted cocktail or sip from a multitude of varietal selections housed in the Wine Cellar. Intimate clusters of high-backed chairs and satin sofas provide the perfect backdrop for a pre-dinner drink or a romantic nightcap. Our skilled barmen can mix an artisanal cocktail from the gin trolley right at your seat. On weekends, the ABA Bar hosts DJs who serve up contemporary and chic sets for the music-loving crowd.
